3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:
- Use data for unsolicited bulk email (spam) or harassing communications
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense information obtained through our platform

6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Payment Processing
All payments for our Services are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the entity that legally sells the product to you, handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, invoicing, and receipt issuance. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
6.2 Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle
- Credits are provided with each billing period as part of your subscription plan
- Paddle will charge the payment method you provide at the time of purchase and at each renewal date
- All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes; Paddle will calculate and collect the appropriate taxes at checkout
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
6.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting Paddle directly at paddle.com/support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all features and remaining credits until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
6.4 Refunds
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans
- If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase or subscription renewal, you are entitled to a full refund

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any complaints or disputes fairly and efficiently:
- All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours during business days
- We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days
- If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to Paddle's buyer support at paddle.com/support
- If the complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority or trade ombudsman in your jurisdiction
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
