The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application, ready for CRM import. No technical setup, no API keys, no developer time required.

What's Included in Your Export

Every CSV export includes contact fields like first name, last name, verified email, phone number, job title, seniority level, and department. Company data includes company name, industry, employee count, revenue range, domain, and location. Your subscription plan determines which fields are included — Pro plans add company LinkedIn, SIC codes, and full addresses. Enterprise and Custom plans include everything plus contact LinkedIn profiles.

CRM Compatibility

The CSV format is universally compatible. Import directly into Salesforce using Data Import Wizard, HubSpot via Contacts Import, Pipedrive through Import Data, Zoho CRM, Close, Freshsales, or any CRM that accepts CSV files. Column headers are clearly labeled for easy field mapping. Most imports take under five minutes from download to CRM records.

Export Best Practices

Sort your campaign by AI score before exporting to ensure your best leads appear first. Filter for verified emails only to maintain clean data in your CRM. Tag imported records with the campaign name for source tracking. After import, create a saved view filtered to your import date so your sales team can immediately start working the new leads.
